Stonewall Barn

Xanthis University has 25 top notch schooling horses, many donated by graduates. This barn, named for Lieutenant Thomas J. 'Stonewall' Jackson, has 30 stalls. Students in the equine program who do not own their own horse are allowed to use these horses for their own purposes. If your horse goes lame, you may borrow a school horse.

Boarder barn

There are 50 stalls, and students who have their own horses are allowed to keep them at the college for free. They must abide by riding rules. They can still lose riding privileges. Students are expected to take care of their own horses. Your horse will be fed at certain meal times by a barn staff member.

Quarantine Barn

This small barn has four large box stalls. This is for the horses that can't be kept near others because they suffer from injury or sickness.

The stables have air conditioning (and ceiling fans!) for the summer and heating for the winter, as well as one wash stall per five stalls and several tack rooms. XU is known for its gorgeous stable! Each horse gets a large, comfy box stall.
